I have an outdoor adventure Diploma and lots of experience but you dont need much to be a group leader with Dragonfly. Most important is a bit of outdoor experience and good with kids/teenagers. Hope that helps! Just apply, they hire alot of people for the fall season.

How did you start out?
I got to this blog when I was looking up the dragonfly outdoor company.
I was born in the UK and interested in outdoor adventure jobs – what qualifications and/or experiences to I need that will make it more likely I will get a job offer as a program coordinator or an outdoor instructor?
